Age and the Oil Spill
In 2008, when Barack Obama won the Presidency, I began to feel that I was aging. President Obama is the first President in my lifetime that is younger than I am. Since April, 2010, I have begun to feel another indication of my age. It is with much sadness that I realize that I will die before the full effects, much less any rehabilitation of the damage caused by BP's disaster in the gulf will be realized. It is a sobering thought.

It's a sad fact that the damage done by BP will last for a very long time. It's time we healed our planet before it's too late to save.
