Shortly after crossing the Kentucky border the non helmeted bikers were visble as there is no helmet laws in this state.
Judging from that pic, there is no dim wit laws either. Although I have to admit that the goggles on the dogs are pretty cool.

Brain Damage in Kentucky
Shortly after crossing the Kentucky border the non helmeted bikers were visble as there is no helmet laws in this state.

ReplyDeleteI don't see many bikers wear helmets in west TX, but the sun gets so hot that I had to wear one when I lived out there. I am blond enough already! hahaha! Haven't rode a bike here. in east TX. seen some bikers today, and they all had their helmets on. No dog with goggles though...LOL
